Everything I fix, and what it costs.

Grouped by the job rather than by the kind of bike, because you shouldn’t have to diagnose your own problem before you can find the right page. Every service is performed at your house unless it’s specifically marked as bench work.

Brands & systems

Every brand. Especially the ones with no local dealer.

Direct-to-consumer e-bikes are the best bikes on the market for the money and the worst to get serviced — there's no dealer to walk into. A mobile technician who does electrical work fills that gap.

Motor systems

  • Bosch Performance Line CX / Active Lineup to 100 Nm

Trek, Cannondale, Riese & Müller, Gazelle. Bosch's 2025 update lets approved CX bikes run up to 100 Nm and 750 W. Full mechanical and electrical service; Bosch's diagnostic software is dealer-only.

  • Shimano EP801 / EP6 / E6100up to 85 Nm

Tuned and updated through Shimano's E-TUBE app — more open than Bosch. Most diagnostics available.

  • Brose Drive S Mag / T Magup to 90 Nm

The quiet one — Specialized Turbo lineage. Belt-driven internals need specific service.

  • Yamaha PW-X3 / PW-S2up to 85 Nm

Yamaha stopped selling e-bikes to US dealers at the end of 2024; it says it will honor warranties and supply parts for years.

  • Bafang M-Series & G-Series

Open system with widely available parts, so it can often be rebuilt rather than replaced.

  • Fazua Ride 60 / Evationup to 60 Nm

    Lightweight road and gravel systems.

  • Mahle X20 / X35+23–40 Nm

    Lightweight rear-hub road systems.

  • Generic / OEM Geared & direct-drive hubs

Rad, Aventon, Lectric, Ride1Up, Velotric and most DTC bikes. Fully rebuildable — nylon planetary gears, bearings, hall sensors.

The more specific, the more likely I can quote it before I show up.
