Short version: what you send me is used to get back to you about your bike. It isn't sold, rented, or added to a marketing list.

What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and a description of the problem — plus, if you choose to fill them in, your email, street address, bike make and model, preferred time, and how you heard about me.
The form also records the page you submitted from, your browser’s user-agent string, and the time of submission. That’s used to spot spam and to know which page brought you here.
What I do with it
- Contact you about your bike and schedule the work
- Quote the job and keep a service record so I know what I did last time
- Send you a receipt and, if you gave an email, a written quote
That’s the whole list. I don’t run marketing campaigns, I don’t have a newsletter, and I don’t sell or share your information with anyone who isn’t needed to deliver the service.
Who else touches it
The site runs on Vercel, which hosts it and logs ordinary request data. Form submissions may pass through an email delivery service and a database provider so the message actually reaches me and isn’t lost. Those providers process the data on my behalf and don’t use it for anything of their own.
Text messages
If you text me, that conversation lives in my phone. I use it to do the job and to remember your bike. I don’t send marketing texts, and I don’t add numbers to any list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels. If analytics are added later to see which pages people use, they will be privacy-preserving and cookie-free, and this page will say so.
How long I keep it
Service records are kept as long as they’re useful for warranty and repair history — normally a few years, since knowing what I did to your bike in 2026 matters in 2029. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
Your California rights
California residents can ask what personal information I hold about them, ask for a copy, ask me to delete it, and ask me not to sell or share it. I don’t sell or share it in the first place. Email superebikemobilerepairsc@gmail.com or call (949) 891-5278 and I’ll handle it — no form, no portal.
Kids
This site isn’t directed at children and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
